Property management group ISPT wanted to create a modern, vibrant hub for the working communitites of its clients, through the refurbishment of 2 National Circuit and the addition of 4 National Circuit adjacent.
The buildings are bound together with an external series of gardens (that mask an extremely secure perimeter), which then open to an impressive vegetated courtyard, providing an oasis within the city.
Shah was the project lead for this project while working at OCULUS and has been given permission to use the project as a sample project. The project was delivered alongside a wide team of sub-consultants, from concept design through to tender documentation and construction administration.
