As part of the marketing strategy for Phase 3 Wandsworth Riverside Quarter, the Client wished to express the importance of the gardens and open space within this high quality residential property development by incorporating a marketing garden into the marketing office.
Based on the Chelsea Garden concept of a temporary garden installation, the garden mirrored the softer curving lines of the existing lawns, planting and timber decking. Integrated into the design was a polished stainless steel ‘Q’ amidst the lush planting and water feature.
The marketing garden represented the high quality of the precinct and embodied the development’s brand and marketing strategy.
