OCULUS was commission by Stockland to design and document the podium courtyard and the public domain of their new development at Lot 13, Little Bay, known as Prince Henry.
Pavement, planting material and furniture were designed by the team, led by Shahreen Alford. A full documentation set saw the project through construction and the resultant spaces are well regarded by residents, retail tenants and the general public.
The furniture suite designed by the OCULUS team was so popular that the manufacturer, Street Furniture Australia, now makes them by special request for other projects.
Shah was the project lead for this project while working at OCULUS and has been given permission to use the project as a sample project.
The project was delivered alongside a wide team of sub-consultants from concept design through to tender documentation and construction administration.
